本身已經運動快一個月了 瘦的效果不是那麼好

對了 更嚴重的是吃飯後 甚至只是喝水或坐著
肚子就開始越來越大 能量守恆也不會這樣吧
我看大家都不會阿
本人170/58 體脂8.4算9好了
每天跑步40分鐘6公里多 拉10下單槓
晚上8分鐘abs腹肌 3組伏地挺身做到力竭
請問身材還是很差該怎麼辦
還是我的體脂計是歡樂表體脂不只9
求解
