借題順便請教各位前輩:
我目前的情況也是很慘,每天下班回家
後,都感覺滿累的,不太想動...
上班的性質幾乎都是靜態的居多(大概
都是以坐著為主),所以體脂驚人的高

我也知道要運動,但是回家先躺一下,稍做休息以後,起來大約也快八點了,吃完晚餐大
約也九點多了 ...... 早上大約7~8點就要出門上班了 ......
不知道有沒有什麼建議可以給我呢?
