體脂肪問題 - 美體

大概一個月前量過體脂肪是33%
今天又去量變為28.9%(這次游泳完有喝約200cc的水)
不過體重一樣是55.7
水占的比例一樣是51%左右
我猜不是機器的隨機誤差.就是大部分轉為肌肉
但若是後者
我想說人體水分的比例應該要占有70%左右
就算被體脂佔去~應該要保持60%比較好
不知道這樣繼續減肥會不會有什麼問題
