基本資料
性別:女
年齡:28
身高:160
體重:48~50
BMI:19左右
體脂率:26~29
是這樣的喔 ~ 我的體重看起來是還好 但是體脂肪就是偏高
飲食習慣最基本就是 不吃油炸 不吃零食 不吃消夜
早餐吃大約一般人的1.5份 中午吃一些水果
下午傍晚時吃青菜自助餐吃到飽 或是偶爾嘴饞會叫個小火鍋
但不太會吃飯 大多是冬粉 接下來到隔天就不會再吃東西了
運動習慣的話 幾乎都維持能走路就不騎車不搭車
平均每天都至少有4~6公里的運動量 大多是快走 有時會慢跑 但比較不常
已經維持上述的飲食習慣與運動多年 但都不見體脂肪下降
因為我看起來就是滿肉的(泣) 但已經覺得自己在飲食跟運動都很努力了QQ
想請教是這樣的飲食不適合 或是運動量不夠嗎@@?
