早餐:鮪魚蛋餅+無糖豆漿
午餐:跟公司訂 大多是滷雞腿 少碰炸的
晚餐:外面自助餐 多是菜 魚肉 或是豆干類
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:
說實在的頗不正常 就是輪三班這樣
有正常8小時班 也有跨夜的(00-08 20-04這種班也有)
但是我都盡量睡滿8小時
另外一點 我每天一定都吃早餐
生活型態:
輪三班上班族
運動習慣:
原本有游泳的習慣
但是後來上班之後就幾乎沒時間運動
我的問題:
我之前有利用游泳到90KG左右
但是那時候還是學生 算是很有餘裕的時間
但是現在已經開始上班
尤其是上大夜下班 根本就累倒
沒什麼時間運動
壓力大 根本沒什麼吃
可是卻越來越腫...
想找找有沒有24小時運動的地方
卻發現 台中似乎沒有這種地方
不知道版上有沒有一樣淪3班的同胞可以教我怎麼運動嗎?!
我最近已經覺得爬3樓都會喘了...
