體脂肪好難減Q_Q(重量體脂一個月後) - 健身

上個月來板上問"體脂久不降"的問題,感謝大家給我的回應:D
後來增加了蔬菜、水果和喝水量,以及跑去學校的衛保組重新量了體脂..
我發現...板娘大大是對的!!! 我家的體脂機壞掉了orz...
到今天為止我在家裡量出來的體脂還是29%,我都不想理它了 = =a
附上這一個月的紀錄(3/20~4/19)

菜單和之前PO的都相同,不過這一個月中又陸續增加了比利大叔、
K.swiss的"30 Minute Aerobic Dance Workout with Deanne Berry"
每天運動四十分鐘~一小時左右,希望體脂可以持續下降!!!
