BMI:21(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:30.5(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)

三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述

吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:週間-- 一顆蘋果+半個至一個雜糧麵包或饅頭+一至兩個水煮蛋+500cc低糖豆漿
週末-- 因為起的比較晚,所以可能喝杯鮮奶,或者跟午餐一起吃
午餐:週間-- 一大碗生菜沙拉(內含四種左右生菜、通心麵、燙雞肉、兩小片雜糧麵包)
或者
自己帶一份肉類(蒸排骨之類的)+三份左右自助餐青菜+小碗白飯
週末-- 15個水餃左右
或者
白麵條+肉片
(週末飲食很差我知道>.<)
晚餐:不分週間週末-- 烤半條魚(大約15*10公分大小)
或者
五~六小塊蒸排骨
或者
一大碗雞湯 之類
(就是看冰箱裡有什麼適合的剩菜就熱熱來吃XD)
其他:週間下午茶-- 半個雜糧麵包或者饅頭

一個水煮蛋
聚餐-- 一個月大概聚餐四次左右,可能是週間晚上或者週末不一定,
因為不想掃興,所以大家決定什麼我就吃什麼,
比較常吃的是居酒屋、牛排、泰式料理之類,通常會喝酒
完全不喝有糖飲料(豆漿除外,但也只喝低糖的,每天早上一杯),
蛋糕餅乾糖果等零食也甚少碰,一個月一次吧
除了聚餐時也不吃炸物
水份一天大約喝到1500cc

晚上約23:30~00:30之間睡

3・拳擊課程:不是拳擊有氧,是兩兩練習的拳擊,一次1.5小時,約為兩週一次,

運動完當天的晚餐會改吃一根香蕉+一顆蛋+低糖豆漿,有時會再多吃半個雜糧麵包
以上活動如遇出國會暫停
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我一直是個泡芙人,體脂肪一直都在30以上
大約從今年開始比較有計劃的運動(今年前就是想到才去健身房晃個兩下隨便摸摸器材)
今年初因為花了大錢請教練,也對健身稍微了解一點點了,
然後大約四月開始搭配調整飲食,
原來希望體脂肪能有明顯的下降
但是這幾次(四月底和五月底)在健身房量inbody
數值根本沒動啊XDXDXD
我知道我的飲食還有改進的空間,例如聚餐時吃得太差、週末亂吃、晚餐纖維不夠等等
運動頻率也可以再增加
但是這跟我去年比起來,已經改善非常多了
我知道,雖然不至於重訓個五個月就成為超級筋肉人,但起碼體脂肪可以降個一兩趴吧
但是經過這兩次測量的數值,我真的有點灰心.......
想請教各位先進
我的模式最大的致命傷是什麼?何以努力了幾個月體脂肪不動如山.......
