我發現體脂肪率真的只能拿來參考的
我是用歐姆龍2千多塊的那台來量
我今天早上量體脂肪30.X%
晚上量24.9%
誤差可以到快5% =.=
練一個月都不見得可以減掉3%....
如果再多喝一點水,體脂肪率應該可以更低
量體脂肪前先喝一罐礦泉水應該可以有效降低體脂肪XD
不知道inbody量出來的會不會比較準...
