體脂計的選擇及測量項目的疑問 - 健身

目前實行減重已經約兩個月
體重從10月的83.84kg → 最近78.79kg
不過一直都沒去量體脂肪 最近打算買一台OMRON或TANITA的體脂計
可接受的最高價位大概3000上下
我比較了TANITA BC-565 及 OMRON HBF-214
BC-565多了測量體水份及骨量的功能
HBF-214可測量及判定骨骼肌率
我曾在某篇減重文章 看過骨骼肌率=肌肉量
我的疑問是OMRON測得的骨骼肌率會等於TANITA測得的肌肉量嗎?
因為肌肉量除了骨骼肌 還包括平滑肌跟心肌.. 所以應該是不一樣
我有爬了文 不過都沒找到相關討論~
小弟還是減重新手 對體脂計完全不了解 目前考慮這兩款 希望大家能給點建議~
若有推薦其他款的體脂計也可以提出來喔
