體脂降低,可是腿變粗... - 健身

這三個月有快走跟騎X-bike,頻率大概是每天都有,
每天快走30min,X-bike騎60-90min,強度3-4,
體重有略微的上升,約兩公斤,但是體脂肪降了2.5%,
可是有個問題,就是腿好像變粗了,褲子有點套不上...
請問是因為我熱身跟收操作得不夠嗎?還是短時間內腿部肌肉的改變?
另外,體重略微上升,是因為一開始運動所以造成的嗎?
