三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:麥當勞滿福堡(火腿肉),零卡可樂
or摩斯蕃茄蛋堡,冰紅茶
午餐:0.8碗白飯,一碗青菜(水煮),幾顆花椰菜,素食豆包一手掌大,一杯無糖豆漿
晚餐:0.5碗白飯,一拳頭肉片,青菜一碗(油炒),一杯黑咖啡或無糖拿鐵
其他:嘴饞會吃手工餅乾幾片,或是午餐豆漿改喝紅茶(甜)。不能沒有糖的生活。
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
頭大,極度不規律
有課就早上八點起床,三餐按時吃
沒課就睡到下午兩點,早餐跳過,直接吃中餐,晚餐延到八點吃
晚上固定三點入睡
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:
慢跑40分鐘,時速5-5.5km,有點喘無法說話的程度,持續兩週
游泳40分鐘,蛙式,不喘,身體熱的程度,偶爾游

最近體會到慢性病的恐怖,打算要好好減肥,控制血糖血壓
目標在健康,促進身體新陳代謝,減少脂肪
用家裡歐姆龍一量,體脂肪嚇死我了QQ還有爆炸的bmi.....
請各位幫我看看要怎麼改善
是否除了慢跑,要增加重訓呢?或是增長慢跑時間?
