體重,真的不是最重要的! - 減肥

我開始有點汗顏
當初拉我朋友減肥
結果現在人家恆心毅力十足成績比我好
170/85 體脂肪32% (七月初) -> 170/75 體脂肪18% (這個月初)
他說在十月的時候體重就幾乎恆定了
然後開始減掉純體脂肪,一直到現在
運動量已經變為,早上起床跑步四十分鐘
下班重訓約一個半小時、睡前瑜珈
這篇重點要跟大家說的是:他一天八餐
餓了就吃、運動前後也吃一點、晚上運動後吃完大約十點就剛好免去宵夜
盡量十一、十二點睡覺然後五點起床,週末才偶而放縱一下過夜生活
他很多時間嗎?沒有,除了上班還開店要顧員工
(其實很多時候我們都花時間在看一些無聊的電視 :p)
有特別節食嗎?沒有,除了油炸的一周偶而碰一兩次
其實比還沒減肥前吃得還多兩倍以上 (他自己的說法)
體能改善很多可以天天跑十公里
體態結實也明顯的感覺出來
其實說那麼多
我只想說,相信十公斤有不同的減法
但減掉的是什麼?為的是將來、自己、還是外表看起來瘦就好?
相信大家自己會心裡有數的 :p
