體重不降反增 - 健身

很沮喪
最近很認真的上健身房 體重卻不降反增
這三四個禮拜來
我都竟量保持一個禮拜去健身房三~五天
平均一個半小時
跳一個小時zumba+肌力訓練 (重點放在核心肌群)
或者是pilates(1hr)+zumba(1hr)
或者是pilates(1hr)+cross trainer(30min)
或者至少是肌力訓練+cross trainer (30min)
飲食也都還算正常 也頗健康
沒有刻意節食 (可能有吃得少一點)
但我大部分時間都自己煮 所以也都頗清淡
我真的很認真上健身房 跟之前都賴在家裡比實在很努力了
但體重卻遲遲不見動靜 還比前一兩個月多了兩三公斤
我知道肌肉比肥肉重 所以我都有盡量兩個都做
但應該不至於完全沒動進吧?
好沮喪唷 到底是哪裡出了問題了?
