算出來TDEE是1400大卡,和妳吃的熱量幾乎一樣
那麼問題八成就是妳號稱的一個禮拜運動三~五次有問題
妳有氧的時候有沒有心跳數120以上,有沒有連續一個小時,會不會喘
妳可以這樣想
TDEE的一次有氧運動的強度大概是做HIIP一個小時......
