體重卡住了..... - 減肥

各位版上的大大你們好,
目前我從今年的3/5開始減肥
一直持續到現在,
我身高167,
減肥前的體重是63,體脂肪30.5%
現在的體重57.5,體脂肪25%左右
我沒有量過基礎代謝,
用算的結果大約是1300左右,
飲食因為太多變,每天都不一樣,
所以我不曉得要如何打出來給大大參考,
但在兩個禮拜前(還沒停滯時),
我每天都會吃到基礎代謝或超過300~500左右,
這兩個禮拜因為覺得體重都不會動,
所以每天吃的熱量大約都在1000左右,
一個月有時會爆食個2天.3天...(忍不住阿QQ),
運動的部分,只有在最一開始減肥時(約2個禮拜)
慢跑4000m / 40 分鐘,
因為太慢,而且撐不久,
後來一直到現在都是用快走的方式,
快走的速度1小時會超過6km,
每天都走2個小時...(好累腳都要斷了...)
======以上是我減肥的方式========
我的問題是,
現在我體重卡住了,好像遇到停滯期,
我爬過文,也看過精華區,
都說可以恢復正常飲食,或者吃更少,或者增加運動強度,或者增加運動時間,
我沒辦法增加運動強度,因為體力不夠,一下就累了...時間無法拉長,
運動時間,我都快走兩小時了...在增加...會運動過度吧.
所以我選擇吃較少的方式,希望能突破停滯期,(就是前面所述的每天吃約1000卡)
但...似乎沒有太大的動靜!
想請問各位大大,
還有其他方式....可以建議我,突破這樣的囧境嗎?
另外,
每天這樣兩小時,2個月下來好疲倦,
現在已經少吃了,所以我很想要改成運動1小時就好,
但體重卡住,運動時間又減少....
我很怕體重就會一直這樣不動了....
想請各位大大關於這一點也能給我一些建議>"<
