潛水好久
頭一次PO文 不適當地方請見諒
減肥一年多了
方式為飲食控制及慢跑
慢跑 一開始繞著我們學校跑(一圈2.2KM)
一開始1圈都跑不到
持之以恆的結果是最高紀錄5圈(1圈13~14分鐘左右)
因為環校是上坡下坡
膝蓋終不堪負荷 總會隱隱作痛
所以之後就以健身房為主
划步機 腳踏車 一次都會做到一小時
也會做做重訓(夾腿 啞鈴)
也會跑跑操場
但是操場好無聊 我一次只能跑個10~12圈就快悶死(有聽音樂)
飲食
最大的改變應該是我變得很少吃肉
但都會吃到基代 但就基代左右沒有超過很多
多蔬果 不排斥澱粉
遵循著版上的均衡原則
原PO身高167cm
體重51~53
體脂:18~19
內臟脂肪:1
基代:1263
想請教各位的是
如果我並不打算再降體脂
卻還想追求更好的體態
是該以重訓為主嗎
另外 運動一直瘦到小腿最靠近膝蓋的那一段
導致腿型越趨不美觀 基因真的是有點討厭:(
運動瘦最多的是上半身
胸部在過程中還一度縮水E-->小C
那時候月經三個多月沒來
看醫生結果 我的男性賀爾蒙比女性荷爾蒙旺盛= =
不過現在又回到D
只是月經還是無法完全正常:(
然後偶爾還是會有體重迷思
就在別人猜我四十幾公斤的時候
他說 超過五十就算胖
就會有衝動想瘦到四十幾
但是我想那時胸部應該也沒了吧:S
呵呵
有時候也會面臨吃太多的罪惡感
很容易對熱量斤斤計較
每天會想著 午餐晚餐吃什麼才不會太多
就把那些所謂合理的午晚餐當作義務吃完
最後反而沒什麼滿足感
最後
很感激這個版
教我知識 給我力量
好希望大家也出現在現實生活中鼓勵我喔
