體重增加 - 健身

我想請問一個問題
我去健身房差不多兩個多星期了
幾乎是天天去
會先跑跑步機30分鐘熱身
再做重訓 大概著重在手 背 腹的部份
大概做了快一小時左右
然後我體重從原本的67
上升到了69了
我174cm
這樣算正常嗎
因為之前體重沒上升這麼快過
所以想來請教一下版友
麻煩指點一下
