這一切聽起來都很正常
千萬不要聽信鄉民,練幾個月硬舉可以達到體重兩、三倍之類的話
or 我練幾個月體脂肪掉幾趴之類der
基本上那些人都是天生神力,不然就是練武奇才
幾年前,我聽館長說
以硬舉為例
正常健康的人 可以舉自身體重重量
有在健身的人 可以舉自身體重*2
業餘*3
職業*5
那時候看館長體重 120kg上下
硬舉300kg
我就不信健身版一堆人肌肉有比館長多==
大概是這樣
