體重沒變 體脂肪率狂降 - 健身

在一個月前
我的體脂肪率還在26~27%跑來跑去 也曾高達28%
最近飲食有比較清淡,每天一顆蘋果或芭樂,偶爾喝清漿
基本上,我知道我的營養是很不夠的,也沒有刻意的保持運動
工作忙加上心情不好,最近真的就不會去想食物
但是體重沒變的情況下
體脂肪率會一直降下來嗎?
這情況已經長達一個多星期了
最近仍舊不斷睡醒睡前都測量
ㄧ樣22~23%
我閱讀過前面文章,沒有提到體重不變,但體脂肪率下降的問題
因為我朋友最近雖然體脂肪率下降,體重亦有減輕的狀況
所以我感到很疑惑 @@
