體重飄很大 Orz.. - 健身

以前,我是很瘦的。172CM,45KG。但從18歲那年起。
和朋友們整天(約三~五天)就薑母鴨、羊肉爐,每天酒量都達到酗酒的程度。
然後有天,就開始直線上升了。45-->65。
一直不以為意的結果是過了十年後,65-->90....
開始重視體重後試過水果餐、還有什麼醫師娘的餐(吃蛋那個)。
每次都很有效果。一週下來隨隨便便都能掉10KG。但一停約三天就回來。
沒錯。三天升十公斤。
後來有陣子工作忙到一天只有空吃一餐。然後發現這樣體重也掉很快。
(一個月掉20KG)。但是一樣,一正常一週又回來了。
二天都只吃一餐體重就馬上掉3~5KG。一吃正常也只要二天就升回來。
曾經第一天85,第二天90,第三天86過。秤子是沒問題的,因為看到秤子就會去
量,所以不是同一台,家裡那台固定在用的也測出這樣的結果。
朋友玩運動的,教過出汗可以讓體重掉很快。但是我一天水大約只有進150CC。
根本沒汗好出。
所以之前什麼餐的,想想也都是進食量變少所以造成的假像。(吃少點掉很快)
有人跟我一樣嗎?苦惱啊....我覺得這根本是身體出問題了...
