體重飆升?發生什麼事了? - 健身

我維持跑步習慣已經有一個月了
這段時間營養均衡
三餐都有正常吃
體重也慢慢的在降
但是前幾天去了澎湖
大吃大喝三天
回來量體重時
從52.5增加到53.5
心裡想說大概是吃太多
之後又過了兩天(這兩天有持續運動而且還把運動量提高到快要是之前的兩倍
並且保持之前的飲食習慣)
竟然默默地升到了55!?
不會是體重計壞了吧!?
還是因為我這幾天都沒有正常大便的關係?
在澎湖至少有兩天沒大便......
阿.....不知道怎麼辦!!
