髕骨外翻能做的運動 - 減肥

小弟這禮拜膝蓋痛去看骨科 結果是髕骨外翻@@
醫生說叫我先避免 跑步 爬山 爬樓梯等運動
他跟我說復健時要做四頭肌(好像吧)的訓練 然後可以游泳
但我真的對水有恐懼感 之前練了2個月左右 連飄在水上都還不太行
所以想問一下有沒有類似經驗的版友 在這段期間可以做啥運動繼續減肥的
我平常是用慢跑搭配重訓 偶爾打壘球 現在應該都不行做了巴
請教一下各位版友 謝謝
