髖關節受傷想減重 - 健身

左髖骨受傷幾個月了,
走路時大腿外側神經會有點抽痛,
跑步則有時不會痛, 有時有點痛
由於體重稍重, 醫師說最好想辦法減重, 以減輕髖骨壓力
以前雖然腳會痛, 仍敢去慢跑
但自從知道是髖關節受傷後, 不太敢去跑
不知該怎麼減重才好,
該做甚麼合適的運動呢 ?
PS:
目前只是盡量試試沒用到髖關節的重訓,
例如練雙槓、背肌、胸肌、腹肌、核心等
再加一點股四頭肌和臀大肌臀小肌的鍛鍊,以穩定腳的關節
不知道適不適合騎室內腳踏車和游泳
