高C/P值的蛋白質食物 - 健身

目前我自己料理的蛋白質主要來源是 雞胸肉+乳清
每天約莫會吃200g雞胸肉(清蒸)+一杯乳清(30g 蛋白質)+400g低脂鮮奶+400g無糖豆漿
<還有一餐是吃外面>
我google到的是每100g雞胸肉可以有約30g的蛋白質
目前大潤發的清胸肉價格是$13~16/100g
可以稱得上是C/P值很高的蛋白質來源
(我的C/P定義是每塊錢可以攝取的蛋白質重量)
不過偶爾也會想換換口味
曾經嘗試過的是水煮鮪魚罐頭
印象中一罐約有30~40g的蛋白質 但是單價高很多
光是大潤發自製品牌 3罐似乎是$11X
所以想問問還有哪些C/P值高的蛋白質食物可以選擇呢?
ps. 前幾天去大潤發有想買台灣鯛跟鮭魚來換口味 但是價格跟雞胸肉有些差異而作罷
