2011/10~2012/02的體重變化

我是個不乖又固我的學生
2010/10~2011/09一整年就固我的大吃大喝
雖然教練PT課程指導的重量訓練都持續一週1到2次
但就不愛心肺又討厭喘的感覺
想當然爾
體重就以1到2公斤的上上下下
這個階段就一直得過且過的運動啦
2011/09的身體組成分析讓我著實嚇到
天哪~都已經運動將近一年體重卻逼近近65公斤
這誰受得了呀
所以從2011/10開始我下定決心要好好塑身
我必須承認"對啦!我下半身很胖"
因此我和教練的目標就設定是改造下半身
這時教練出了大絕招"運動飲食日記T^T"
我要誠實的紀錄每天的吃喝和自主訓練的內容
當時我也是千百萬個不願意
我不想寫啦(賴在地上打滾......)
不過也因為要寫日記
我的零食和飲料完全減量
完完全全就是個健康飲食的乖學生
2011/10~2012/02的訓練方式
基本上一週2到3次的Personal Training重訓
目標當然是我壯壯大腿和臀大肌啦
另外自主訓練最主要是心肺
坡度2的跑步機2分鐘的Level4搭配3分鐘的Level7
6個循環30分鐘大概可以跑個3公里
重點是心肺做完一定要伸展才可以把肌肉拉開
我稱之為"與壯壯大腿和臀大肌大作戰"
Personal Training重訓包含有氧和無氧運動
負重式運動Boxing還有新引進的TRX
Personal Training會根據每個人的不同做調整
這部分真的就是專業的比較厲害啦

這確實是同一件衣服同一件褲子
我保證沒有修圖
是不是真的差很多!!
階段性的成功
讓我對自己更有自信
外觀上的確是如此
但其實運動確實是會讓心情開闊

心理上的自信是外觀比不上的
健康規律運動最大的收穫是身體暖呼呼
今年冬天我都沒有在怕冷的啦
然後就可以穿美美的衣服讓自己更開心啦
其實我是非常害怕復胖的T^T
但是自從體脂肪下降後
(18.7可是我大一時候的體脂肪率呢)
到現在還沒有復胖的情形發生呢
下一個階段希望可以再讓腿部線條更好看
至少讓我有勇氣穿透膚褲襪呀~GOGO
