高拉要怎麼穩定身體? - 健身

我的舉重之路從上週開始囉~
雖然上週學了snatch的高拉,這週clean的高拉還是做不好,
最容易失敗的地方是穩定的墊腳尖以及斜方肌用力聳肩。
現在我動作還太僵硬,高拉的時候槓都不會轉,
再加上不懂得用斜方肌聳肩都用手硬拉,所以前臂很快就僵硬了。
另外可能是我的核心不夠緊繃,撞到槓的時候身體沒有保持在直線上,
墊腳尖時身體會晃來晃去的,無法穩定停留。
舉重要注意的細節好多啊>.<
希望有在練舉重的巨巨可以傳授穩定墊腳尖還有斜方肌用力聳肩的訣竅QQ
