最近開始喝高蛋白粉,但是因為我不喜歡喝甜的,又聽說原味泡水的味道很可怕
所以我現在都是把它在無糖豆漿裡搖開之後,當早餐飲品喝
我是買那種裡面有顆球的搖搖杯
不過不知道是豆漿還是高蛋白粉的緣故,搖完之後泡都超多。
要等它消都要30-40分鐘,這樣我的早餐喝完之後,時間會離午餐太近
導致我中午胃口不佳,可是中午如果放任自己因此少吃,下午早早就會餓了,根本撐不到
晚餐
大家會有同樣的困擾嗎?
還是大家都連泡泡一起喝掉?
