魯姐的馬鞍肉/臀中肌? - 健身

魯姊就是個重訓重量不高的魯姊,有個問題想拜託版上巨巨幫忙解惑。
主要的重訓器材是壺鈴,主要是做squat,press, swing等基本動作。
一週大概上二到三次的重訓課,加上自主訓練一到兩次頻率,做了約五個月。
目前為止很明顯身體形狀有改變。
問題是,雖然臀部有比較結實,但是卻發現一個很奇怪的肌肉/脂肪?
現在臀部有點類似這張照片右邊那位仁兄的樣子(不過側面凹陷沒有他那麼深)

想請問的是:
1.為何臀部側邊會凹下去?這位置是臀大肌的位置嗎?意思是臀部練不夠?
可是另一方面,穿褲子已經很明顯臀部突出不少(大腿也變粗),舊褲子都拉不
上來了,應該是練臀有效?有什麼方法可以改善這個凹陷嗎?
2.在骨盆上緣外側有凸出一塊組織,就像照片那位仁兄腰帶遮住的位置。
這塊組織感覺跟腰窩上方的肌肉有相連,不太像單獨存在的組織。
我本來以為那是「上」馬鞍肉(傳統定義的大腿根部外側馬鞍肉我沒有)
可是瑜珈老師說那是臀中肌(?),但是練到過於發達(?)所以會單獨凸出?
在這麼頻繁以及努力加重量的重訓之前我的臀部側面線條本來還蠻順的,不知
道是哪裡出了問題?或是有什麼方式可以改善嗎?拜託巨巨指教,感恩。
ps.我的體脂雖然不算低,但是看得到上腹肌兩側線條的狀況下,應該還不至於
是因為體脂的緣故?
