早餐:7點多,低脂/脫脂牛奶約300C.C.+白吐司/雜糧吐司夾一片起司
午餐:11-1點左右不一定,我一杯米可以吃3-4次左右
雜糧飯一小碗/雜糧麵/白麵 加雞胸肉(醃過),醃料不一定,有時是味噌/BBQ醬/照燒醬
醃過的雞胸肉一片加洋蔥/蘑茹一起炒,炒/燙青菜一份,
晚餐:運動完回家才吃,都8,9點了,有時會吃水果,蕃茄/葡萄/蘋果不一定
奶昔,豆腐/雞胸肉,炒/燙青菜一份
其他:下午4,5點有時會打蔬果汁加一點點堅果一起打,當下午茶
有時會吃點零食/巧克力,燙青菜有時會淋醬油膏或蠔油
日常作息時間:12點左右就寢,7點左右起床,下午2點左右會午睡

其他是學校健身房的課程,有body sculpt,turbo kick,piyo等等,一星期會去2-3次
因為才剛開學,所以上星期才剛開始參加這些課
我的問題:有爬文說要有氧加重訓會瘦得更快一點,
我選的課,教練都會加一些負重,負重深蹲,伏地挺身,等等這些算是重訓嗎?
因為我的三酸甘油脂偏高和荷爾蒙不均,營養師建議我把雞腿肉換成雞胸肉
偏偏我最不愛吃的就是雞胸肉,只好醃一下肉,讓它吃起來有味道一點
不知道醃肉的醬也不太好呢?
我處於內陸的地方,要取得新鮮的海鮮不是那麼容易也不便宜
不然我也很愛吃魚>< 目前吃冷凍鮭魚吃到怕了...
現在連看到新鮮的煎鮭魚都想吐..
