減肥動機:
從小就是肉肉女,記憶裡好像從童裝直接到Lsize
減肥這件事不知道已經說了幾次
但從來沒成功過
但5、6月疫情這段期間真的覺得自己有點軟爛
下班回家或放假就當沙發馬鈴薯
旁邊有什麼零食隨手抓了就吃,沒了還去補貨尤其是蚵仔煎洋芋片
後來真的覺得自己身體有點沈重了哈哈哈
而且看到自己的體重來到巔峰
我秉持著永遠的60公斤竟然突破了
還有!!!!我哥說看我能堅持多久!我說好啊我會堅持100天!到時候麻煩你跟我一起
!(我哥比我更誇張的沙發馬鈴薯)
關於我:
長期輪大夜班的護理師
不愛喝水,基本上600的水一天喝不完
食物來者不拒、愛吃甜食
疫情前會上規律瑜珈課疫情後完全不動xD
年齡:27歲女
身高:162公分
體重:62公斤
體脂:31、32%(很久之前量inbody也是差不多)
減肥飲食大原則:
1.嚴格168,只吃兩餐、參與餐之間只喝水
2.戒甜食、飲料、炸物、宵夜
3.喝水2000以上
4.原型食物+211餐盤
平常我自己煮大概就是這樣

但是就是挑著吃,飯吃一兩口

我並沒有去算熱量,再加上我是食怪
一定要吃飽沒辦法只吃仙女餐
罪惡的食物我很能控制自己的意志力
所以那兩餐我就不要太逼自己
運動:
初期我真的沒有很規律運動,加上荒廢運動大概有半年,第一次跳了may的中高強度燃脂
運動我休息了快5天
中後期是想讓體態變好看規定自己一週至少3-4天運動一小時
主要在家做自主訓練,看Pamela、may、小馬哥的影片至少50-60分鐘,然後做點腿部拉伸
然後吃飽至少站半小時以上,沒運動就多做點家事(這點我媽倒是很滿意)不要讓自己坐
著或躺著
成果:
10/10 一早空腹
體重:54.8公斤
體脂:23.7%(是用同一台體脂計,但我是覺得參考就好)

為了不要讓自己放棄的太快!!!
我沒有每天量數據!我大概一個月量一次
不想被數據綁架了!但是每天照鏡子激勵自己
腰邊肉啊、臀腿啊、壯背啊!
我覺得體態大於體重!
心得感想:
沒有想像中的痛苦大概是因為我每天都吃很飽,
同事問我都不會被犯規食物誘惑嗎?我是在心裡告訴自己,反正那些東西我也吃過了也知
道是什麼味道,珍珠奶茶又不是沒喝過、炸雞也吃過、甜食就是那樣,不要為了這一口荒
廢自己的努力......就這樣熬過來了。
這三個月也是有大吃過,家人的聚餐或是跟男友出去的時候,大吃的時候不要想太多就認
真吃,不要在那邊斤斤計較,但隔天要馬上恢復規律的生活。
我知道以我的程度還不夠好,但減肥是長期抗戰我不想把自己逼死,之後想到健身房找專
業教練讓自己再fit一點yayaya~
現在先用剛入手的彈力帶好好自主訓練就好。
給 長期夜班很難瘦下來的人一點鼓勵,加油!!
我也會繼續朝第二個100天前進的,謝謝各位
