先跟大家說聲對不起 感覺這個問題很蠢@@"
小的最近通過調查局的筆試 三個星期後要測1200m 時間限制6分20秒內完成
之前因為腳傷大半年沒運動左腳大小腿有點萎縮 現在又得了肌腱炎@@ 但還是不得不練
最近是每天去河濱車道輕鬆踩4小時的單車稍微恢復肌力 輔以散步
打算約一星期後再開始快走+慢跑
只是不知道這樣的體測條件 比較注重的是心肺的訓練 還是肌力?
我姐是說 氣如果喘不過來 就容易步伐紊亂 跑不下去
我則是認為沒有肌力的話 步伐就跨不大
目前的問題是 每天這樣出門輕鬆踩腳踏車 有稍微訓練到大腿 但缺點是心跳數拉不上去
恐怕無法應付考試 但如果騎訓練台的話 輕踩就會爆喘(->我姐的經驗) 所以建議我
與其出門輕鬆騎不如在家騎訓練台
不知各位的建議是如何呢?
