三餐內容
早餐:通常都是無糖豆漿(我沒有刻意不吃早餐,但是早上真的沒有胃口,
如果那天早上胃口比較好會吃火腿蛋土司之類的)
午餐:正常吃,通常都吃學校附近的西式料理或是早餐店的拼盤
晚餐:會盡量吃少一點,像燙青菜,有時候會吃豆漿配雜糧餅乾
其他:我的基代是1121,我通常都平均吃到1300左右(吃低於基代好像會
讓新陳代謝變慢@@)
日常作息時間:晚上一點左右睡覺,早上七點半起床
生活型態:好動的大學生
運動習慣:我禮拜一跟禮拜四都有練排球,禮拜一是系上排球隊的練習,從
晚上七點到十點左右,禮拜四是體育課,連上兩節。本來禮拜三也有練排球
可是最近有事停了。偶爾會去學校的健身房重訓(大約一個禮拜一次,
一次也是差不多一個多小時)然後只要有人約我去運動就會去(常有學姐假
日約我打球),可能最近會去游泳,本身平常就是個坐不住的孩子
我的問題:從國中開始就想減肥了,並且有在鑽研減肥這個領域。國三最胖
時有65公斤@@但是那好像是因為在準備考試吧,然後到高中就變成55~60(
還是很胖)大學時又開始很努力地減,可是怎麼減就是五十幾。。。個人希望
我的BMI可以至少減到22(大約49公斤吧),然後我明明運動的次數比起同學
已經高出許多,可是不知為何體脂肪率還是很高,希望可以降到20。到底我的
減肥哪裡出問題,導致我的體重還有體脂肪都居高不下= =?還麻煩高人
指點一下。
