小弟 想請問各位一件事情
如果 只有 1、2、5、6能去健身房
每次去都是一個小時 想要練腹肌要怎麼分配 慢跑跟重訓
目前我171 體重65 體脂肪約略14上下
睡前另外會做一些徒手的健身 例如波比跳 棒式 abs 深蹲等等
因為之前發問有版友說放把跑步時間拿去重訓比較好
目前是重訓跟有氧各30分鐘
