早餐:火腿蛋吐司or鮪魚蛋吐司or總匯
午餐:學校自助餐(飯+3樣菜+煎豬排)or雞絲飯or鍋貼12個
晚餐:全家的凱撒沙拉+三角飯糰*2 or 涼麵
其他:下午會吃個麵包當點心
日常作息時間:7點起來上課,12點睡

跑2000公尺會不會太少
