午餐:比較沒管但不會亂吃+一杯高蛋白
晚餐:大部分是雞胸肉跟生菜沙拉還有酪梨
日常作息時間:約12:30
生活型態:學生
健康狀況:是
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動? 否
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?否
過去幾個月以來,您是否有在未活動的情況下,出現胸痛的情況?否

各位好
我體重卡在84公斤有好一陣子了
為了減重我也都積極的去健身房
基代大概是1900 TDEE大概是2600
體重84公斤 身高175公分
體脂肪率21.4 骨骼肌38.1
每天熱量攝取大概都控制在2200以下
(各營養素也有紀錄)
有上網爬過很多文 看過很多影片了
但還是不太明確的知道我到底該增肌還是減脂
前陣子做了大概三週的有氧(每天跑步30分鐘 速度9)但完全沒有變化
現在在試著做重訓。
麻煩大家給我一點建議我該怎麼做
