檸檬氣泡水蒸煮雞肉 - 健身

晚安
最近訓練完回家都11 12點了,
煮飯常常弄完都1點半了,
實在太懶得煎雞肉,
今天乾脆將雞肉還有五穀米放進電鍋煮,
蒸煮雞肉的材料有
1、大成雞里肌一包 300克
2、檸檬氣泡水 100ml
3、檸檬片 兩小片
4、羅勒 迷迭香 黑胡椒 鹽巴少許
將材料全部放進碗裏,用保鮮膜包住,
跟五穀米一起丟進電鍋蒸,
就這樣完成了肉質軟嫩的雞肉了,
也可以泡1小時用煎的,
會有種吃檸檬雞排的錯覺XD

今天用的是雞里肌本身比較軟,
就沒有泡1小時在蒸,
建議雞胸肉可以泡一陣子去蒸,
對了雞胸肉要片成一公分厚比較好入味
