其實以現代人的飲食習慣
只要能做到盡量不吃含糖飲料,炸物,零食
過一段時間就很有感了
感覺身體很輕鬆
做運動效果更好
一開始當然不容易
會有反作用力
每天都想喝飲料吃炸雞吃零食
不過撐過之後
我好像是2個禮拜
就完全不會想吃了
現在覺得水超好喝
最近有一次喝到可樂
還覺得這麼甜超難喝
