各位大大,
小弟有一個問題
我現在跟著教練練習,重量訓練
教練說如果重訓過度會消耗肌肉
我在網上看是有氧超過兩個小時才會消耗肌肉
想請問重訓過度到底會不會消耗肌肉
如果過度做多久,或是多少才算過度
謝謝各位大大的幫助
是這這樣的我做完腿的訓練,深蹲六組15
小腿6組私教有
負重前後腳蹲六組
中間喝能量飲料,好像有補充體力
做完做又跟教練做三頭
兩個動作個六組
又做二頭,四組
又回去腿做蹬腿六組
當我還要做深蹲時教練說再做會消耗肌肉
以上都有負重
以上做完大約3.5小時中間有去休息買飲料
