16/8斷食法 晚上運動如何補充 - 健身

最近看同事在實行16/8斷食法,指早餐喝防彈咖啡外,其他飲食需要集中至8小時10:00-1
8:00(也有人說6小時)內然後禁食16小時
但對我而言,晚上常常跑健身房上Body Combat等激烈的有氧課或重訓的話,不太確定我
要怎麼嘗試。因為上課完極有可能會餓,也怕不補充任何東西(蛋白質之類的)會掉肌肉
。
不知道有沒有人有類似的經驗可以分享?如果喜歡晚上可能運動(可能8-10點),間歇性
斷食要如何調整?
