個人見解...
既然玩168..,那開始吃的那餐建議來個生酮餐,以堅果 肉類 蔬菜為主,這樣子讓身體繼續
燒脂肪, 至於碳水化合物或者蛋白粉這種拉胰島素的就放到晚餐吃,反正睡覺的時候肚子餓
沒感覺,早上起來一杯黑咖啡就夠了...
