本身之前有買一組俯臥撐器,
但怎麼使用能夠訓練到的部位只有手臂、胸
因為還是學生預算不多
如果想買個可以訓練到背、腹
什麼器材比較合適
之前爬文有人推雙槓撐體器
但不知道做抬腿跟俄式捲身會不會因為不穩而受傷
腿部或許能藉由跑步來加強吧
--
