嗨~今天我誰~了嗎?
斷食的重要概念:拉長空腹時間,進食時間短且可得餐後滿足!
個人認為的仙女餐:時間到就吃,計較一餐熱量卻無餐後滿足!
至於各位質疑是否要滿足基礎代謝問題?!
拿近年命運坎坷的北極熊做例子好了
極圈半年永晝、半年永夜沒食物也不是餓了就往便利商店跑
所以挨餓7天發現海象屍體爽吃3天又挨餓15天
捕到2條魚吃又餓4天找到鯨魚屍體爽吃25天
覺得以上坎坷路上有達每天的基礎代謝嗎?
人啊!活著可以應付各種隨機(random)情況
一定要規定於一天攝取多少?這個視野是不是太狹隘了?
雖然活得不是很好,但就是能活著!
你能說錯嗎?
不管是斷食或仙女餐就是有那麼個共同點就是熱量攝取比你想像的少而已
