我家買了一台跑步機T100,我測體脂22

好像超標了,好像要多運動
(我其實有在運動,比我家人還常運動,就是很常動的那種)
我1年之前體重60-61,覺得身体很竹子人,
硬吃才到64-63
所以請問我要減肥回到60嗎?
(我也不知我身體正不正常)
還是我誤會體脂率了?
