身高:160
體重:80,孕前55
目標體重60以內
以下是剛執行一週的減肥方法:
168+211+運動
早上6:50~7:00-7:30 快走運動
一週約4-5次,每次至少30分
一天吃兩餐
中午12點準時用餐
晚餐8點前吃完
先吃蛋白質,然後大量青菜,最後全穀類
通常是外食,有時吃蛋或無糖豆漿+沙拉
有時吃滷味(不選火鍋料,不喝湯)
最常買的是便當,飯換菜 (太油會過水)
沒有每餐吃到全穀類,請問有影響嗎?
每天喝水至少3000cc
週一~五,每天9個小時坐在辦公室
下班會盡量走點路,約15分
請問有什麼需要改善的嗎? 謝謝
