50公尺提走滅火器15秒的訓練方式 - 健身

各位你們好~
我之後也許要參加一個提滅火器來回25公尺(共50公尺,15秒內合格)
剩下不到兩個禮拜,我目前只能跑20秒左右
雖然已經有進步了,但離15秒還是有一大段的距離
我現在每天
1.扛著滅火器走3層樓梯10趟
2.10磅啞鈴每手50下(二頭肌)
3.3磅啞鈴每手40下(三頭肌),10磅的太吃力
4.10磅啞鈴每手平舉30下
5.仰臥起坐30下
6.伏地挺身15下(只能作半身的)
7.跑操場三公里
上述的2.4項目因力量不夠,所以會分兩次做
運動完會補充豆漿或是泡奶粉喝,大約250cc
現在比較明顯的問題是我拿了滅火器之後,跑步的步伐大概只剩原本的1/2
可能是身高的關係,步伐原本就有點小,拿了重物就...超級小囧
我看影片,大家的步伐都很正常,我是哪邊的力量還不夠呢?
還是我的訓練方法可以更進步? 可以幫我指點迷津嗎QQ"
