最近world gym舉辦一個變身大作戰比賽 最近成績公佈了
不過誰得獎不重要...下面的討論很有趣!
還有德安員工出面人肉護航 XD。如下文
台中德安店冠軍最後五天突然減輕的體重跟整個比賽中減輕的數據比較...
不論是兩個月體重減輕23.8kg之中有12.9kg是最後五天減輕的,
或是體脂率總共減少17%中有11.2%是最後五天減少的,
換算脂肪重就是兩個月總共減輕23.69kg,
但其中有13.87kg是最後五天減少的...
不論體重或體脂重都超過一半以上是最後五天減輕的耶..
wio:這時還有人很精密的幫忙計算好了...感覺很像鄉民!
假設你最後五天都只睡6小時,通勤1小時,運動17小時
攝取熱量0(雖然這不可能)
基礎代謝率算2000好了
也不要算你的脂肪重,幫你少估一點用12.9kg來計算
普遍認知減輕1kg脂肪要消耗7700大卡
表示你至少總共要消耗12.9*7700=99330大卡
五天來算你一天要消耗99330/5=19866大卡
高強度運動高估你基礎代謝率*2=4000大卡
你光靠運動要消耗19866-4000=15866大卡
平均每小時要消耗15866/17=933.29412大卡
這還是在每天只睡眠6小時
不攝取任何熱量
連續17小時不眠不休運動的前提才會成立的喔
這還不包含做重訓時無法高效率消耗熱量的時間
