小弟目前是學生 住學校宿社
不能開伙 當然也以外食為主
想請問如果吃7-11的化要怎麼選
以運動後的晚餐 減脂為主 預算80左右
我現在都吃39元沙拉+28元雞塊
照他上面標的 熱量大概350大卡
不知道大家會怎吃呢?
還是有其他外食選擇 不想吃自助餐啊QQ
