去年11月到現在8月中
164.5公分/70公斤/37歲

中間換過手機,所以紀錄又重新計算
之前的運動方法後來都改了
現在每天做棒式兩分鐘
晚上快走(約5.5公里up/小時)的速度走一小時
長度5.8km 55分至一小時走完
六、日早上也會走
最近早上如果爬得起來 也會出去運動
神奇地是早上運動完,洗完澡去上班也不會覺得累
不講飲食,因為我覺得我沒有什麼克制
不過我也沒有在喝酒跟亂吃零食
版上應該會有人覺得我減重方法不對吧
所以我就不談飲食方面了
原本慢跑改快走,膝蓋負擔變輕了
現在都走超快也不會累
就是流很多汗而已
現在褲子越來越鬆蠻有成就感
只是小腹真難瘦,大概真要瘦到65以下才會變平坦吧
做個紀錄一下
希望65公斤以下 85腰的日子早點來臨
