我同學最近在練深蹲
大家都知道腿部是人體所含肌肉量最大的部位
當然要有好的運動表現 就要有相對的肌肉量
體重上升也是很正常的。
今天他量體重
體重從78→86
BMI值大概是27.8
他很煩惱自己的體重是不是過重
但是我個人認為還是追求自己的運動表現比較重要
畢竟BMI值過於主觀
應該很多運動表現超強的巨巨都沒有在在意BMI
反而是覺得肌肉量越大越好吧?
請問我該怎麼說服他並安慰他?
