curves的器材及訓練方式容易受傷嗎 - 健身

各位好,
媽媽目前過50歲,平常的運動只有走路
最近發現有高血壓,
總覺得他運動要在多一些也需要增加一點肌肉
有看到curves的簡介覺得很適合媽媽
但是看了他們的影片,覺得某些器材好像容易受傷(爬文有說到椎間盤受傷)
也蠻多文章說教練參差不齊 觀念不對
很怕操作姿勢不良,又遇到不好的教練
結果沒運動到反而增加負擔然後受傷
所以想請問一下大家,
curves適不適合從沒練過的人?
或是有沒有推薦年紀大的人去的健身房(有教練,台中大雅逢甲曉明附近都可)
